How to Plan a Group or Corporate Tufting Workshop in Ho Chi Minh City

Planning a team day or group activity in District 1? Use this guide to prepare a clear workshop enquiry for Tuft Saigon, including participant numbers, timing and practical requirements.

Start with the number of makers

Tuft Saigon has eight shared working stations across overlapping sessions. Tell us your expected participant number first. If your group is larger than eight, include that in the enquiry so the studio can check the date and discuss a practical arrangement.

Choose a simple creative direction

Groups do not need matching rugs. Each participant can bring a simple reference, or the group can use a shared colour palette or theme. Clear outlines, large colour areas and recognisable shapes are practical for first-time makers. Share the Design Guide before the session.

Match the workshop to your time

• 20×20 cm: ₫350,000 per person for 3 hours, suitable for icons, initials and compact graphic designs.
• 30×30 cm: ₫500,000 per person for 4 hours, suitable for simple characters and patterns.
• 40×40 cm: ₫690,000 per person for 4 hours 30 minutes, suitable for broader colour-block designs.

Give two or three preferred dates

Workshops run Tuesday to Sunday with hourly starts from 10:00 to 16:00. Mondays and Vietnam public-holiday closures are not bookable. Weekend bookings need at least 48 hours of lead time. Include two or three possible dates and a preferred start-time range in your enquiry.

Include the details that help the studio plan

Share the expected participant number, date options, occasion, language needs, preferred workshop sizes and any timing or coordination requirements. You do not need every design finalised before the studio can check whether a practical session plan is available.

Plan arrival and payment

Payment is made at the studio on arrival by cash or VietQR bank transfer. Tuft Saigon is at 2/3A Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai Street, Saigon Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Motorbike parking is available on request. See Before You Arrive for the practical checklist.
